Cancellation Policy

Events

If cancellations are received via email or by telephone at least two (2) business days prior to an event,  members will not be charged.

Cancellation received during the two (2) business days prior to the event, or no-shows will not be refunded and/or will be charged in accordance with the original instructions received.

If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, consider offering your spot to a business colleague or staff member, or to a valued customer as a gift.  There is no additional charge to transfer your registration to someone else.

Membership

Membership is automatically renewed annually on the anniversary join date. To cancel a membership please make sure to cancel your membership within 30 days of the renewal date. Membership dues are non-refundable and non-transferable.
