Advocacy Committee

The Advocacy Committee meets every third Tuesday of the month via online meeting to create policy, address member needs, and develop positions on behalf of members/chamber.

In March 2024, three Fraser Valley Chambers of Commerce (Mission, Abbotsford, & Langley) united as the Fraser Valley Business Coalition (FVBC) on behalf of thousands of businesses to advocate for growth-enabling investments to support businesses and strong economic activity across the region.

As organizations representing over 5,000 businesses across the region, the coalition’s work will help realize the opportunity for businesses and people in the Fraser Valley to prosper in this region, but everyone must work together to realize this vision.
