Cascade Falls![]() Cascade Falls Regional Park is 9.5 hectares in size and is located just northeast from Mission. The Park's main attraction, Cascade Falls, drops an impressive 30 metres into a large pool. From here, Cascade Creek runs a series of smaller falls within a deeply incised gorge as it drops 18 metres of elevation to the valley floor to where it empties into Stave Lake. A trail leads to a viewing platform overlooking Cascade Falls. During periods of heavy rain or snowmelt the fall's water volume is impressive and can be heard from the parking lot. Three picnic tables are located next to the creek near the parking lot. The short trail system varies in difficulty from easy to moderate with some stairs. |

Fraser River Heritage Park![]() Fraser River Heritage Park is located at one of the most breathtakingly beautiful locations to be found anywhere. The park is the site of many community activities, including the Envision Twilight Concert Series, the annual Canada Day Celebrations and the Mission Folk Music Festival. The park is also visited regularly by local residents for the sheer enjoyment of the setting. The Norma Kenney House includes a gift shop, restaurant, and administrative offices. The park also houses the historic ruins of St. Mary’s Mission and Indian Residential School. |

Fraser River Safari![]() Join Fraser River Safari on a journey into discovering the Fraser Rivers remarkable history. The adventure begins at the logging harbour in Mission, where you will be welcomed on board Fraser River Safari’s all-weather safari craft. From here your guide will weave through the huge braided channels of the Fraser, centered between the Coast Mountains and Cascade Mountains and over looking the snow capped volcano Mt Baker. Along the way your guide will stop to tell First Nation legend and tales of missionaries, fur traders, gold miners, as well as the elusive sasquatch, before reaching the snow fed waters of the Harrison river. Every changing season brings with it a new hive of activity on the Fraser, with abundant birdlife as well as the often sighted bears, seals, and deer, all providing a paradise for both the seasoned and amateur photographer. |

Mission Art Gallery and Centre![]() The Mission Arts Council operates the Mission Art Gallery in an historic building. The Gallery offers exhibits by local art groups and individual artists as well as special events sponsored by the Mission Arts Council. The exhibits change every two to three weeks throughout the year. Hours of operation are Tuesday - Saturday 1:00-4:00pm. |

Mission Museum![]() Located in downtown Mission, the Mission Museum’s permanent displays trace the history of Mission from the first peoples to live in the area, through the arrival of Father Fouquet and his establishment of St. Mary’s Mission, to the arrival of the railways and recent developments. Also featured are special displays of kitchen, logging and farming artifacts from early settlers, as well as the famous Western Canada Soap Box Derby. The Museum offers a wide variety of tours targeted specifically for children, as well as material for adults. |

Mission Raceway and Park![]() Owned and operated by the BC Custom Car Association. Mission Raceway Park is a multi-purpose motorsport facility consisting of a world class quarter mile Dragstrip, a challenging 1.4 mile Roadcourse and a 2 mile Motocross Track. Sanctioned by the national Hot Rod Association (NHRA), the Dragstrip is often referred to as the “Best in The West” by racers from all over North America with many record breaking runs on the 24 foot above sea level track. |

The Power House at Stave Falls![]() Spark your imagination! The Power House at Stave Falls offers an exciting all-ages experience, with interactive games and historic displays that tell the story of how power helped build this province. Westminster Abbey![]() Perhaps Mission’s most famous landmark, this beautiful monastery attracts thousands of visitors annually. The Benedictine monks who inhabit the Abbey have created a self-sufficient pastoral lifestyle at this inspiring location, and welcome visitors to their grounds and for services. Westminster Abbey is on a 180 metre elevation above the Fraser River, a 200-acre site that includes the abbey grounds, farm and seminary campus. Its most distinctive feature is the cathederal and bell tower with a ring of 10 bells. Views from the Abbey seem to stretch forever, providing a panoramic view of the Fraser Valley, Cheam range, and Mt. Baker. |
